1. Exchange Eligibility

Exchanges are accepted within 2 days of delivery.

The product must be in unused, original condition with tags and packaging intact.

An unboxing video must be shared as proof.
2. Exchange Charges

Customers requesting an exchange must pay a delivery charge of ₹150.

This covers pickup and reshipping of the new product.
3. How to Request an Exchange

Contact us within 2 days of receiving your product.

Share your order ID, product details, and unboxing video.

4. Conditions for Exchange

Exchange requests made after 2 days will not be accepted.
